Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of the services of Weddara, a platform owned by Iborio Proyectos SL (Tax ID B26761213, C/ Núñez de Balboa 120, 28006 Madrid, hola@weddara.com). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

The service

Weddara lets you create and publish a personalised wedding website based on the platform’s templates. Depending on the package purchased, the service includes publication on a weddara.com subdomain or on your own domain, plus additional features (colour palette customisation, RSVP form questions, additional languages, bespoke design work).

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. Payment is made through Stripe (card). The service begins with the publication of your website, which takes place immediately after payment. If you have a promotional code, you can apply it at checkout.

Duration and renewal

The price includes publication until one month after the wedding date stated on the website, and at least one year from the date of payment (up to a maximum of two years). Before expiry we will notify you by email with the option to renew. If not renewed, the website will no longer be published and, after a reasonable period, its data will be deleted.

Own domains

For packages that include your own domain, Weddara registers it after payment (first year included, subject to availability of the chosen name). Domain registration is a service performed immediately with third parties and is non-recoverable.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been performed, as this involves: (a) digital content and services personalised to the customer’s specifications — your website is generated and published with your own details, texts and photographs —; (b) services fully performed with your express consent — the publication of the website and the registration of the domain take place immediately after payment, and by paying you expressly consent to that immediate performance and to the loss of the right of withdrawal —. For this reason, once the website has been published or the domain registered, no refunds are given. The work included in the Personalised and Bespoke packages, being commissioned work, is likewise non-refundable once started.

While your website is in draft mode and no payment has been made, you can abandon the process at no cost. If something does not work as it should, write to us: we will fix it.

Customer obligations

You are responsible for the content you publish (including the right to use the photographs) and for the accuracy of the details you provide. The platform may not be used for unlawful or offensive content or for purposes other than its intended use.

Support and warranty

We provide email support at hola@weddara.com. We will correct any fault attributable to the platform with all due diligence; your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
