In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the website weddara.com (hereinafter, “Weddara” or “the platform”) is owned by:

Purpose

Weddara is a platform for creating and publishing wedding websites. These terms govern access to and use of the site; the purchase of services is governed by the Terms of sale.

Intellectual and industrial property

The design of the platform, its templates, illustrations, texts, logos and source code are owned by Iborio Proyectos SL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Purchasing a wedding website grants customers a licence to use the published website for the duration of the service; this does not entail any transfer of ownership of the templates or the software. The content customers add to their website (texts, photographs) remains their sole property and responsibility.

Liability

Iborio Proyectos SL is not responsible for the content published by customers on their wedding websites, nor for the data their guests provide through the RSVP forms; with regard to the latter, it acts as a data processor on behalf of the customers. If you find inappropriate content on a website hosted on the platform, please write to us at hola@weddara.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under consumer protection law.
